Grab two buddies for 

  • Linda (15 minute cap)
  • Dead lift 135/225
  • Power clean 105/155
  • Bench Press 75/135
  • Scale weight 
  • in teams of three you will all use same weights for the movements. 
  • Person A will dead lift while person B does the power clean and person C bench presses once each individual has finished 10 reps at their movement they will then move onto another movement and complete 10 reps there. Once they all have finished 10 reps there they will move to the only movement the have not done and complete their 10 reps of that movement. This will be repeated down to 1 rep. Each individual will complete Linda in all her glory.
